The ElevateRA Teen Advisory Board

At ElevateRA, we believe one of the most powerful things we can do is truly listen to girls.

Too often, adults make decisions for young people without taking the time to hear what they think, what they need and what matters most to them. We want to do things differently.

The ElevateRA Teen Advisory Board has been created because we believe girls deserve a genuine seat at the table. Her experiences, ideas, creativity and perspectives will help us shape a festival that truly reflects the lives of girls growing up today.

This isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room or having all the answers. We’re looking for thoughtful, kind, curious and courageous young people who want to make a positive difference for others.

Being an Elevated Girl isn’t about being perfect. It’s about having the confidence to be yourself, the kindness to lift others up, the courage to keep learning and growing, and the empathy to help create a world where every girl feels she belongs.

This is her opportunity to help shape something bigger than herself. Her ideas could inspire, encourage and positively impact thousands of girls and families.
