Understanding Her Mind: Neurodiversity, Anxiety & Emotional Wellbeing
Many girls with ADHD, autism and anxiety are identified later due to different presentation patterns. This conversation focuses on recognising signs, understanding masking behaviours and supporting girls with compassion and clarity. We will highlight strengths-based approaches and discuss how families and schools can create inclusive, supportive environments. The emphasis is on understanding rather than labelling, and empowerment rather than limitation.
