Body, Identity & Nourishment: Building Respect, Awareness & Self-Trust
Adolescence is a critical time for shaping lifelong relationships with food and body image. This panel focuses on nourishment, emotional wellbeing and recognising early signs of body dissatisfaction or disordered eating. We will explore how family language, digital culture and comparison impact self-esteem, and how to foster body respect and resilience.
